The arrest of three people in east Tulsa Thursday night may have solved one truck theft case, while leading police to a new one.
Tulsa Police recovered a Chevy Avalanche stolen earlier in the day from a south Tulsa neighborhood. The owner's surveillance camera recorded the pickup being taken from a home near 75th and Sheridan at about 7 a.m.
Police found it in the 12000 block of East 1st Street at about 10:15 p.m. after a neighbor called about a suspicious truck parked in his cul-de-sac.

Police arrested three people they said were hiding in the truck. Police identified them as Michael Everett, 33, of Catoosa, Kevin Cousin, 33, of Tulsa and Jessica Ewing, 28, of Tulsa.
The surveillance video also showed a Ford extended cab pickup slowly going down the street and a person in that truck getting into the Chevy pickup and driving off.
