Williams is in the Tulsa County Jail on charges of first-degree murder, robbery with a firearm, unauthorized use of a debit card and possession of a firearm after a felony conviction.
It's not the first time Williams has been arrested for murder. He was one of Tulsa's Most Wanted in the death of Bryron Ivory, a Tulsa student who was killed in a robbery in downtown Tulsa in February 2012.
Williams was convicted in late 2014 of being an accessory after the fact in Ivory's murder. He received a suspended sentence in that crime, according to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
Deandrew Bethel was convicted of Ivory's death.
