The driver of a semi crashed into a U.S. Highway 169 overpass on Pine Street after he underestimated the height of it, authorities say.
The semi was on Pine, hauling a flat-bed trailer loaded with a piece of heavy equipment. When he went under the overpass, the equipment hit the bridge. The arm of the equipment became stuck in the bridge, and it took crews a couple of hours to remove it.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is inspecting the bridge for damage.
Eastbound traffic closed on Pine Street until the debris is cleaned up, but it should be clear by rush hour.
We're told the driver will receive a couple of citations for the crash.
