A Tulsa judge sentenced convicted killer Isaac Ashton to two life sentences without parole for the August 2014 murders of Verdell Walker and Tiara Sawyer.
The two were found shot to death at a midtown Tulsa apartment complex. The murders were the first Tulsa cases featured on the A&E crime show ‘First 48.’
Ashton got another 30 years for unlawfully carrying a weapon.
Ashton has previous convictions for transporting a loaded firearm and possession of controlled drugs.
