Ingredients
20 oz bag refrigerated, shredded potatoes
16 oz Panera Bread Broccoli Cheddar Soup
2 cups shredded Vermont white cheddar
1 cup shredded carrots
½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
4 green onions, sliced (about ¼ cup)
Crumbled potato chips (optional, for top of casserole)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F. In large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, soup, cheese, carrots, sour cream and green onions.
Spread in lightly greased 9”x13” baking dish and top with crumbled potato chips, if using. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until vegetables are tender and top is golden brown.

Cook Time: 23 minutes
