19-Year-Old Man Dies After Being Shot In Chest At South Tulsa Apartment Complex

Tulsa police say a man is dead after being shot in the chest on Sunday night at the Cobblestone Apartments, near 51st Street and Memorial Drive.

Officers were called to the scene about 8:15 p.m.

When our crew arrived shortly after, it witnessed first responders desperately trying to revive someone who was then transported to a hospital by EMSA. He later died of his wounds, police say.

The TPD helicopter also was seen circling the area.

Tulsa police say they are investigating the possible involvement of two or three people in the shooting.
