Flooding Prompts Boil Order For Jay Residents

The city of Jay is under a boil order due to the recent flooding.

Mayor Les Newkirk said boiling water for consumption is the primary concern and that water can still be used for other things.

Newkirk said there is no timetable on the notice but said it will at least extend to Wednesday.
