Okmulgee police named a person of interest they believe may have information connected to human remains found in the area.
Chief Joe Prentice said, Okmulgee police and District 25 Violent Crimes Task Force have reason to believe 35-year-old Deanna Jones has information regarding the murder.
They said she’s also used the last names, Gutierrez and Phillips.
The Okmulgee County District Court has issued a material witness warrant for Jones.
Police said Jones may be with her husband, 35-year-old Robert Jason Jones. They said he is wanted on a probation violation.
Human remains were found at two rural locations in Okmulgee Tuesday. The remains have yet to be identified.

The medical examiner will determine how the person died.
