Tulsa Police arrested a man following a pursuit Saturday night in Tulsa. Police say he was driving a stolen car and had marijuana.
Jess Bray, 27, is in the Tulsa County Jail.
The arresting officer said he spotted Bray making an unsafe lane change and tried to pull him over. Instead, Bray reportedly took off into a neighborhood, driving with his lights off.
He ran red lights and stop signs, at one point driving on the wrong side of the road towards oncoming traffic, "while throwing unknown items out of the vehicle's window," arrest records state.
Officers say they discovered two bags of marijuana and some ammunition in the center control panel of the car - which had been reported stolen.
Bray was booked on numerous complaints including possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of marijuana and eluding police, all after a former felony conviction. He also had several traffic complaints and no driver's license, according to officers.
