Horse Trailer Stolen From OK Program Helping Soldiers With PTSD

A therapeutic horse program created to help veterans with PTSD needs help.

The program is called Hooves On The Ground and someone has stolen a trailer that’s used to take the horses to the program.

One of the trainers said the trailer was taken from Oklahoma City on Wednesday. It had equipment and supplies inside.
