Ingredients:
1 pound Brussels Sprouts cut in half
2 apples peeled, sliced (Washington preferred)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/8 c Balsamic vinegar
4oz honey
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet
Add Brussels sprouts and apples and cook until tender with slight browning
Add vinegar and honey
Cook for 2-3 minutes until vinegar and honey are fully incorporated
