Tulsa Teen Sought In Robbery, Shooting Arrested, Police Say

Tulsa Police say a teen on their "Most Wanted" list is in jail.  

Officers arrested 18-year-old Diego Sago Wednesday afternoon on a number of charges including armed robbery.  Police say Sago is suspected of being involved in an armed robbery at the Sierra Point Apartments in August.  

He is also believed to be responsible for accidentally shooting an 11-year-old boy at the end of July and then running away.  Police said the boy was only grazed on the arm and is okay.  

Police booked Diego Sago into the Tulsa County jail and records show he is being held on more than $170,000 bond with a court appearance set for November 25.

During Sago's arrest, police arrested 20-year-old Edgar Maldonado.  He was booked into the Tulsa County jail for harboring a fugitive. Jail records show he is being held on a $10,000 bond with a court appearance also set for November 25.
