Additional Child Porn Charges Added Against Tulsa Man

Charges have been added against a former respite care provider for foster children who was busted in an undercover child pornography sting in September.

Authorities said Cheatwood admitted to using a peer-to-peer network to share the videos of children.

Further investigation and examination of 44-year-old Timothy Cheatwood’s computer were able to help identify a local victim, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

Cheatwood initially was booked on one child pornography complaint. He now is charged with two counts of aggravated possession of child pornography, manufacturing child pornography, distributing child pornography and violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
