Oklahoma Tax Amnesty Program Ends At Midnight

Friday is the last day you can pay back your past-due state taxes without any penalties or interest. 

The Oklahoma Tax Commission's PAY-Right OK tax amnesty program ends November 13 at midnight. 

If you cannot pay in full, you just need to put down one-sixth of your full amount due to be covered and enter into a six-month payment plan. The program started in mid-September and has already collected $99 million in past-due taxes.  

Taxpayers can pay several types of taxes including income taxes, sales taxes, use tax and withholding taxes.  You can pay online or over the phone.
