Tulsa Police have identified the city's latest homicide victim. Detective Dave Walker said Vallon Broadus was found dead in a car that wrecked in the 4100 block of West Independence on October 21, 2015.
Broadus, 44, was shot to death.
Walker said the investigation has taken police again "into the world of methamphetamine and prostitution." The investigation centers on some people living at 4113 West Independence - where Broadus was shot, Walker said.
"It is apparent that the house at 4113 W. Independence was being used as a house for illegal drug sales and prostitution that may have bordered on human trafficking," he said in a news release.

Walker said they've investigated an allegation that a woman was being held and forced against her will to be a prostitute, but they have not been able to locate the woman.
The detective said they are not releasing names at this time because the people they interviewed fear retaliation.
