Tulsa police have arrested a man they say was asked by Burger King employees to stage a robbery.
Jacob Rucker is in the Tulsa County jail for grand larceny.
Officers said that on Sept. 29, they responded to reports that a worker from the Burger King near 71st and Riverside had been robbed as she was leaving to make a bank deposit.
The amount missing from the restaurant was $1,000.
Investigators said it wasn't an armed robbery, but it was a fraud organized by some of the Burger King employees, who asked their friend Rucker to help them.
Rucker was arrested on Saturday after he pointed his gun at someone during an argument, but during questioning, he reportedly admitted to being involved in last week's fraud.
