Police give the all clear after a suspicious vehicle is reported outside the federal courthouse in downtown Tulsa Thursday morning.

It turned out to be confusion over a man attending prayers during prayer service at the Cox Business Center. Streets from the BOK Center to the Cox Business Center and the federal courthouse were  blocked off just before 9 a.m.

Police say the whole thing started when a man drove up and parked in front of the doors of the federal courthouse, in a 'no parking zone' and then ran from the car towards the Cox Business Center.

Officers said someone in the courthouse saw the man running and called police concerned about why the man left the car parked next to the front doors.
Tulsa police and rire responded-- evacuating pedestrians and people around the building and closing off streets

"They were just wondering what was going on, why they were being held back, and what the situation was," said Tulsa Police officer Jeanne Mackenzie.

The Tulsa Police bomb squad checked out the car inside and out and say they found nothing of concern.

Eventually, officers found the driver of the car. They talked with him, took his information and let him go.
