Tulsa Police arrested a man Wednesday evening they say fired a handgun outside a business.

Officers were dispatched to a shots fired call in the 4100 block of South 70th East Avenue near Sheridan at about 6 p.m.

A business owner told police Shaun Olden, 32, was upset about a damaged air conditioner outside Olden's business and began firing a handgun into the air. Police said they witnessed Olden use the handgun to break the glass of the business next door.

They arrested Olden and EMSA treated him for cuts from the broken glass.

Police booked Shaun Olden into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of carrying a firearm while intoxicated, malicious injury to property and shooting a firearm in public.

Jail records show Olden's bond was $2,774 with a court appearance set for September 23.
