MidFirst Bank's Backyard Bowl Is This Week

Football is back and that means Jenks and Tulsa Union will be meeting on the gridiron Friday evening.

The annual MidFirst Bank Backyard Bowl is at the Chapman Stadium on the campus of the University of Tulsa.  

At a news conference Tuesday, officials from MidFirst announced a new way they're raising money for Jenks and Union schools.  For anyone who opens a banking account and orders a check card with Jenks or Tulsa Union school logos, MidFirst donates $50 to the appropriate school.  

MidFirst will also give 5 cents to the school every time you use that card. Bank officials say its another way for parents to continue giving to their child's school.
