Former Oklahoma State basketball player Stevie Clark is suing OSU, the university's Board of Regents and men's basketball coach Travis Ford for allegedly being forced to take psychotropic drugs.
The Daily O'Collegian reports the lawsuit filed Wednesday in Oklahoma County alleges violation of due process, assault and battery, infliction of emotional distress, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligence.
OSU spokesman Gary Shutt said in a statement Friday that the allegations "are completely and utterly baseless."
Clark played for OSU during the 2013-14 season, but was kicked off the team in February 2014 after being arrested for outraging public decency after a police officer claimed Clark urinated out of the window of a moving car. Clark was suspended for four games earlier that year after being arrested for marijuana possession.
