Tulsa Man Accused Of Having Child Porn Facing New Charges

A Tulsa man accused of having child pornography now faces a new charge of making a lewd or indecent proposal to a child.

The charge against Justin DeTar comes in connection with accusations he sent sexually explicit messages to a man's 11-year-old niece on Facebook.

When police were called, officers took DeTar's phone, then, later arrested him on a complaint of child pornography.

We interviewed DeTar before his arrest and he said he is not a pedophile or child molester.
