Former Deputy Testifies Before Tulsa County Grand Jury

A former sheriff's corporal is the latest to testify before the grand jury investigating the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office.

Bill Adams used to work at the sheriff's office.  On Wednesday, Adams says he told jurors a leaked memo from 2009 that raised concerns about reserve deputy Bob Bates' training and behavior was "very accurate" and Sheriff Stanley Glanz should have taken action.

Bates is charged with second degree manslaughter in the shooting death of Eric Harris, during an undercover gun deal.

A spokesman for Glanz says the sheriff took action against two employees as a result of the memo.

Adams left the sheriff's office the following year
