Mango Banana Super Food Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 packed cup baby spinach

2/3 cup fresh mango, diced

2 tbsp raw hemp seeds, shelled

1 ¾ cups unsweetened almond milk

1 cup ice

sweetener, to taste (liquid stevia)

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, adjust sweetener to your taste.

Berry Easy Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Cup Frozen Berries

½ Banana

½ cup Greek Yogurt

1 Cup Skim Milk

sweetener, to taste (liquid stevia)

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, adjust sweetener to your taste
