The District Attorney's office charged Brown with Julian Leonard Harris' death this July. Harris was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Windsor Village Apartment complex near 51st and Yale July 12, 2015.

Walker said Harris drove to the parking lot in a silver Buick and got into a fight with people at the complex.

Brown is also charged with shooting another man in the leg.
