2 Missing After Sperry Pursuit Ends In Crash

Police are searching for two people after a short pursuit ended with a crash in Sperry.

Just after 1:00 Friday afternoon, Sperry police officers tried to pull over a car near 86th and Cincinnati when the vehicle took off.

According to reports, the chase ended about a mile later when the vehicle was unable to handle a curve just east of Cincinnati and crashed into another vehicle.

A female in the suspect vehicle was taken to the hospital with leg injuries, but police are searching for two men who they said ran away after the crash.

Two people in the vehicle that was hit were not hurt.

Police have not said why they tried to pull over the suspect vehicle.
