Tulsa police arrested a woman for driving under the influence at the scene of a deadly crash. They say Lawanda Lashee Kimbrough-Tiger was slurring her words and nearly hit an officer who was directing traffic near a fatal wreck in the 1100 block of West 61st Street.

Tiger, 32, did not follow the officer's directions and smelled of alcohol, according to an arrest and booking report. When asked to put her vehicle in park, police say she turned on the windshield wipers first.

She reportedly admitted to officers that she'd had a "little bit" of alcohol and smoked marijuana laced with PCP before driving. She was booked for driving under the influence, second offense, failure to obey traffic control device and driving without a license.
