Deputies arrested two people after a high-speed chase across north Tulsa early Wednesday.
The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office said the chase ended when the car crashed into a railroad junction box at a crossing just after midnight.
Deputies said the Tulsa Police helicopter helped track down the two people inside who ran away after the crash.
Deputies identify the driver as Joshua Eaton, 30, of Wetumka and his passenger as Arria Wildcat, 20, of Tulsa,
The chase began when a deputy attempted to stop a suspicious vehicle at 36th Street North and Peoria. The deputy said the car sped off, going nearly 90 miles per hour eastbound on 36th Street North, before it crashed near 36th Street North and Yale.
Deputies booked Eaton and Wildcat into the Tulsa County jail on a number of complaints including possession of a stolen car and eluding. Deputies said the 2002 Toyota Camry was reported stolen from a Tulsa convenience store on July 27.
A Watco Railroad employee said damage to the junction box was around $11,000.
