Flames erupted at a Tulsa apartment complex Friday afternoon. No one was injured, but the fire caused thousands of dollars’ worth of damage.
The Tulsa Fire Department responded to the call just after 1:00 to an apartment complex near 31st and 145th East Avenue.
Firefighters said no one was in the apartment when the fire started and there were no evacuations.
They said the flames were concentrated to a back exterior area of the apartment and caused roughly $5,000 worth of damage.
They said they believe someone left something burning inside before they left.
