Two Men Returned To Texas From Tulsa To Face Murder Charges

Two Texas men are back in a Texas jail after spending almost five months in the Tulsa County jail.

Marquell Smith, 20, and Brandon Brown, 22, are charged in connection with the death of a 24-year-old Christopher Guilbeau of Texarkana.

Tulsa Police arrested Smith and Brown at a March 6, 2015 traffic stop.  They were driving Guilbeau's pickup truck.

KSLA, the CBS affiliate in Shreveport, reports both men had remained in the Tulsa jail while fighting extradition to Texarkana.

Guilbeau was reported missing in early March by his family. After Brown and Smith's arrest in Tulsa, Texarkana Police found Guilbeau's body.
