Walker said almost immediately they identified Jose Vaught as the shooter. He says detectives and members of the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force worked throughout the day Thursday to find Vaught.
He said after interviewing residents of the apartment where they located Jose Vaught, Sgt. Walker does not anticipate any more arrests.
Jose Vaught was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of first-degree murder and possession of a firearm after former conviction of a felony.
Jail records show Vaught is being held without bond pending a court appearance Friday.
