Police are searching for whoever fired over 40 shots into a north Tulsa home late Sunday.
Officers recovered 42 shell casings from several types of guns in front of the home in the 1900 block of North Cheyenne. They had responded to the home at about 10:30 p.m. after getting a call about gunfire in the neighborhood.
They said two people were inside the home at the time. Neither was injured when the bullets started coming thru the walls.
The residents told police they had moved into the home recently. Police don't think they were the intended target.
