Will Rogers Turnpike Traffic Again Diverted To Creek Turnpike At Catoosa

The Department of Public Safety says the westbound exit onto Interstate 44 from the Will Rogers Turnpike in Catoosa has been closed again Sunday due to construction traffic.

People coming into Tulsa from the Will Rogers are being diverted onto the Creek Turnpike starting around 11 a.m.

Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area if possible. On Sunday the exit was closed for several hours then reopened around 8 p.m.

DPS did not give an estimated time for reopening the exit Sunday.
