Boil Advisory Continues For Adair County Rural Water District No. 5

Rural Water District #5 in Adair County continues to be under a boil advisory. Emergency Management Director Thomas Helm said they are bringing in water from other systems to District No. 5 until its water system returns to normal.

A water line was cut during some digging near the water tank which left about 300 residents with little to no water service late last week.

The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality is expected to test water samples Monday to see if the advisory can be lifted.
