Tulsa Police have issued a Most Wanted bulletin for a Tulsa man who is a convicted felon. Glendell Dewayne Lee is wanted for two counts of shooting with intent to kill, armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Court documents state Lee used a .40-caliber pistol to shoot two men in March 2015.

It happened outside the China Garden Restaurant in the 9700 block of East 31st near Mingo. Police say Lee was out walking a dog when he asked the victims for a cigarette and a ride.

He then grabbed necklaces from around one of the men's neck, opened fire and ran away, according to witnesses. One of the men was hit in the arm and the other in the neck, court records show.

Police recovered a .40-caliber bullet casing and two broken necklaces from the scene, an affidavit states. Authorities say both men survived the shooting, and both positively identified Lee as the shooter.

Lee is a 28-year-old black male, 5'9" and 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He also has tattoos on either side of his neck and on his arms.

Lee was convicted of drug possession in 2010 and reportedly is a member of the Rollin 60s Crips gang.

When captured, Glendell Lee will be held without bond. If you can help police locate him, call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. There is a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of people committing felony crimes.
