Fire Damages North Tulsa Child Care Center

Fire heavily damaged a child care building in north Tulsa Friday morning.

The Tulsa Fire Department got the call to the Loving Environment Child Care Center just after 6 a.m. Firefighters found fire and smoke coming from the rear of the structure located in the 2400 block of East 30th Street North near Lewis.  

The fire caused a middle section of the roof to collapse. No one was inside at the time.  

Fire officials say no one was injured in the fire. They said investigators are now trying to determine the cause but say so far it's not suspicious.
