Work Begins On Two Tulsa Street Rehabilitation Projects

Two Tulsa road projects got underway Monday.  

City officials say the two projects are part of a much larger street rehabilitation program across community. 

Eastbound traffic on 15th Street from 76th East Avenue to Memorial Driver will be limited to one lane. Work is expected to continue through to mid-September.  After that, construction will switch to the westbound lanes.  

Monday also marked the beginning of a street reconstruction project on East 21st Street. That work will stretch from Peoria to Lewis.  For the next seven to eight months - both west and eastbound traffic will be limited to one lane.
