Skylar Diggins will miss the remainder of the season after suffering an ACL tear in Sunday’s game against the Seattle Storm.
She will undergo reconstructive surgery, but the date for the procedure has not been set at this time.
“I’m focused on getting healthy and stepping on the court even stronger,” said Diggins. “For the remainder of this season, I will continue to support my teammates in every way possible.”
She was averaging 17.8 points per game, five assists and ranked fourth in the league in both scoring and assists.
