Broken Bow Teen Killed In Rollover Wreck

Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating after a Broken Bow teen was killed in an early morning wreck Saturday. Dalton Compton died when his Chevy Silverado went off the road on U.S. Highway 70 just north of Idabel in McCurtain County around 4:30 a.m.

Troopers say the pickup hit an embankment and went airborne, rolling three times.

Compton, 18, was thrown from the truck and pronounced dead at the scene. His condition at the time of the wreck and the cause of the crash are being investigated.
