Tulsa Police Arrest Third Suspect In Fatal Apartment Shooting

Tulsa Police arrested a third suspect connected to a Tulsa apartment complex murder that happened Tuesday.

Working on a tip, Tulsa Police Sergeant, Dave Walker said detectives, gang unit officers, K-9 and GID Patrol arrested Jerrick Washington, 18, for a first-degree murder warrant.

The arrested comes days after police arrested Brandy Jordan, 23, and Xavier Jordan, 22, for the same murder.

Police said on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, several men tried to get into Jacob Shadrick's apartment at 36th Street North and Peoria through two doors, and when that didn't work, they went in through a window.

Police said Shadrick's wife got scared and left the apartment with their children and called police.

When officers got there, Shadrick was dead. Witnesses told police they heard one gunshot.
