Muskogee Police arrested a 20-year-old woman they say left four children under the age of five home alone overnight.
Police booked Shaneal Dean into the Muskogee County jail on four complaints of child endangerment and one count of child neglect.
Officers took Dean's four children -- a five-year-old girl, three-year-old boy, two-year-old boy and a one-year-old girl -- into emergency custody and contacted Department of Human Services.
The four were found in a home in the 600 block of South 26th Street.
Officers say the one-year-old was sleeping in a crib soaked with urine and full of blankets, soiled clothing and no diaper. The two-year-old who had urinated on himself was also not wearing a diaper. They said they found no diapers in the home.
Police said DHS located a family member who now has custody of the children.
