Three Tulsa area U.S. Post Office employees were indicted by a federal grand jury last week for stealing mail.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Tulsa says three were identified as Bobby Lee Harjo, 52, of Glenpool; Kyshawn Deyawn Hicks, 25, of Tulsa; and Levi J. Lively, 27, of Broken Arrow.

According to news release from the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma, all three face a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a fine of $250,000 if convicted.

Bobby Harjo is charged with stealing mail on October 3, 2014 and December 11, 2014, Kyshawn Hicks is charged with stealing mail from January to March 2015 and Levi Lively is charged with the theft of mail on February 20, 2015.
