We learned Tuesday which non-profit groups will benefit from this year's Tulsa Run.

Community Health Connection is getting $25,000 at this year's race.

The organization helps people who are uninsured and under-insured get medical attention.

They said they'll use the money to buy pediatric testing equipment.

Several other groups, including the Girl Scouts, Meals on Wheels, and Up With Trees will receive $1,000 gifts.

About 9,000 runners participated in last year's race.

This year the Tulsa Federal Credit Union Tulsa Run is on Halloween, so runners can look forward to costumes and other holiday fun.
