Afton Man Arrested For Possessing Child Pornography

A 59-year-old Delaware County man is in jail accused of downloading child pornography. 

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation got a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in March that illegal images were downloaded to a computer in Afton. 

The OSBI got a court order and traced the downloads to a computer located in Afton. 

Last week, deputies and the OSBI served a search warrant at Stan Pelley's residence and found a laptop computer with images containing child pornography. 

An attorney general's investigator assigned to the Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force interviewed Pelley who admitted to downloading and storing child pornography. 

Pelley was arrested and booked into the Delaware County jail.
