Delaware County authorities seized over a hundred containers from an abandoned "shake and bake" meth lab discovered in a mobile home Thursday in the Cowskin area of Grand Lake.
The owners said the people renting the home abandoned it six weeks ago. Workers hired to prepare the home for new renters discovered the lab and called authorities.
Deputies and agents from the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics secured the home and began an immediate effort to contain and clean up the chemicals found inside.
Sheriff Harlan Moore said the home was full of trash and debris associated with the production of meth.
The clean-up crew put the debris into six five-gallon buckets, and took them to a disposal site in Vinita.
