Police are investigating after a driver found a bleeding, unconscious man in a Tulsa street early Friday.
Officers got a 911 call at about 2:30 a.m. to the 7100 block of East Easton, which is just north of I-244 and west of the Admiral Twin Drive-In.
Police say someone driving by found the man who is in his 40s and called for help. EMSA took him to the hospital in serious condition. Officers said the man wasn't shot but they believe he was either assaulted or hit by a vehicle.
Police say they know the man's name but have not released it. They also want to talk with the person who called 911.
Officers reopened the street several hours later.
