A forensic analyst of bones found near Bristow in January by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has confirmed they are the remains of 45-year-old Kimberly Davis.
The OSBI says the DNA matches that of her Kimberly's father.
In March, prosecutors charged Jimmy Moser, 29, of Tulsa with first-degree murder in Davis' death. Prosecutors said Moser confessed to her death while he was being interviewed in an Osage County murder investigation.
In the Osage County case, Moser is charged with killing Steven Willey, 58, north of Sand Springs in February. He was arrested in Tulsa in March.
Jimmy Moser remains in the jail in Pawhuska where he is being held without bond. Court records show he has a hearing set for June for the Moser murder.
No hearing date has been set in the Davis murder.
