A Tulsa woman is being held as a material witness after prosecutors say she refused to cooperate in a murder investigation. Prosecutors say Damoni Wyndasha Ousley failed to show up for a preliminary hearing last week after witnessing a fatal shooting at a north Tulsa barber shop in February, 2015.
Two factions of the Crips gang were feuding which led to the shooting at the Gifted Hands barber shop, according to Tulsa Police. They believe a man getting a haircut was the intended target, but two barbers were caught in the crossfire.

Police arrested Chadrick Colbert and Dezmen Smith in the murder and shooting.
Court records show Ousley, 20, was riding in a vehicle with the defendants and told investigators she witnessed the shooting. A warrant was sworn out for her arrest, and she was taken into custody Thursday, April 30, 2015.
She's being held on a $100,000 bond. A new preliminary hearing is set for next week.
