Fishing Tourney To Raise Funds For Rogers County Sheriff's Office FOP

The newly organized Rogers County Sheriff's Office Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 223 will hold a fundraising bass fishing tournament Saturday, May 2.

The newly organized Rogers County Sheriff's Office Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 223 will hold a fundraising bass fishing tournament Saturday, May 2. The tourney runs from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Spencer Creek on Oologah Lake.

There are two divisions: boat and bank fishing. The weigh-in for both will be held at the Spencer Creek boat ramp, according to Investigator Daniel Welch.

Registration is $20 for the two-man boat division and $10 for the individual bank division. Free hotdogs and hamburgers will be served.

You can also get raffle tickets for a chance to win a Glock 19 handgun. Tickets are $5 each or three for $10.
