Rain Returns To Forecast For Eastern Oklahoma

The News On 6 WARN team is forecasting a wet start to the day early Wednesday across much of eastern Oklahoma. 

News On 6 meteorologist Mike Grogan says the chance for showers and thunderstorms will increase overnight.  He says a second round of showers and storms will impact areas south and east of Tulsa along the Oklahoma-Texas state line later in the day Wednesday.

Once those storms exit the state Grogan says the rain threat will diminish Thursday but return Friday with an increased chance fore more severe weather across eastern Oklahoma.
