Teddy Bears Donated To EMSA By Tulsa Retirement Community

Dozens of young Green Country EMSA patients will have something extra special to hold onto if they ever have to ride in an ambulance.

The folks who live at the Montereau Retirement Community donated handmade teddy bears to EMSA Friday for medics to keep on hand to give to their youngest patients.

Emergency workers said things like teddy bears often help children relax in what can be a stressful situation.

The bears were sent off with a Teddy Bear Tea Party.
